	Holiday / Event Description Delays 27th April 2010 Photovision Roadshow Trade show in Hatfield, AL9 5NQ (UK office closed) No delays in production and/or shipping. 1st May 2010 - 5th May 2010 Golden Week Holiday in Japan (Japan production closed) Rush Order will be delayed by 2-3 working days 3rd May 2010 31st May 2010 Bank Holidays (UK office closed) No delays in production and/or shipping. 30th August 2010 Bank Holiday (UK office closed) No delays in production and/or shipping. 24th Dec 2010 - 4th Jan 2011 Christmas / New Year (UK office closed) Orders may be delayed an additional 1 week. Please plan accordingly.
	Turnaround Time Wondering how quickly you'll get your book back? Orders for AsukaBook products are usually processed within 2 business days. Once an AsukaBook book order has been approved and sent into production, standard orders will be shipped from our office in 3-4 weeks. Need a book faster than that? You have the option to pay an additional RUSH fee of £30 per order. RUSH orders will be shipped from our office in 2-3 weeks of the approval date. What can hold an order up? Several things! Layout concerns can cause an order to be delayed. We contact you if we see concerns and your order is placed on hold until we are able to go over those concerns with you. Please review our Design Tips to learn how to avoid common order delays. Non payment of order. Orders will only be sent to production once payment has been made. Please ensure that you keep your Credit Card Authorisation Form up to date or ensure that you conact us to make payment for your order.
